Panadol extra soluble tablets are a fast acting pain relief that contains 400mg of paracetamol and 65mg of caffine, the caffine helps the effectiveness of the paracetamol . The tablets are used to help relieve headaches, muscle pain, backache, period pain and toothache whilst also effective for reducing fever and cold and flu related pains.
